Mansfield Park and Killer Robots in the Bodleian

Thanks to an unlikely chain of circumstances (which you can read about here), my picture “Three Scenes which do not appear in Jane Austen’s Mansfield Park” is appearing in the Bodleian Library’s Which Jane Austen exhibition.

This is very exciting for me, as it involves all my favourite things (Jane Austen, the Bodleian, killer robots). Also, you can buy my postcards and posters in the Bodleian giftshop: http://www.bodleianshop.co.uk/scenes-not-in-mansfield-park-a3-print.html

The exhibition is from 23rd June to 29th November 2017 in the Weston Library, and is free. It also contains many other exciting things, such as Jane Austen’s reading glasses, and the story of how Jane Austen’s aunt was once arrested for stealing some lace!

Dancing Lines Residency in Didcot

From 30th June to 6th July I’ll be taking part in a residency with Dancing Lines at the Cornerstone Gallery in Didcot. This is a project where a group of artists attempt to depict a moving dancer, sometimes with exciting results:
